The plantations are almost always located close to a freshwater spring that constantly provides crystal clear water for the cleaning and washing of the coffee. This is one of the reasons why Panama produces unique and characteristic coffees. The yield is sweet, clean, with wild berries and chocolate notes and an almost citrusy finale. These peculiar characteristics ask for a sugar free approach. It has a delicate aroma, high acidity and medium body.

CUBA SERRANO LAVADO : Set 1150 metres above sea level, the evocative Caffè La Isabelica is one of the most famous coffee plantations in Cuba.
